Pricing Policy
Affiyas reserves the right to revise product prices at any time, for any reason. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website and product barcodes, occasional errors may occur. If an error is identified in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you promptly. You may then choose to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. Prices may differ for customized orders. Online and in-store prices may vary. Exclusive discounts, promotions, or bundles may be available only online, in-store, or on our social media platforms and may not be interchangeable. Products sold as sets online may not always be available as sets in-store, and individual pricing may apply. Once an item is sold out, it may be reproduced and restocked; however, prices may change upon restocking. Membership discounts do not apply to promotional or sale items.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee reservation, as they may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed. For customized orders, customers are required to pay 50% of the total amount in advance. Orders with advance payments will be prioritized over in-store purchases or waiting list requests. In rare cases, due to unavailability of specific fabrics or trims, Affiyas may not be able to fulfill certain advance-payment orders. In such cases, we will inform you promptly via phone or email and either suggest suitable alternatives or issue a full refund of your advance payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within two hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared for dispatch. Affiyas reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information.
Delivery & Product Details
Delivery time may take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the order and product availability. Color may slightly vary due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution. All fabric details, embellishments, and inclusions/extras are clearly mentioned in the individual product descriptions.
Amendments to Terms
Affiyas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changes to pricing, services, or policies.
